Scared to take another

I took a 50 MG and felt like absolute crap all day, I felt like I was way way way way over caffeinated. Shaky, nauseated, couldn’t think. I couldn’t wait to feel better. I don’t see anyone else saying they had effects like this. Could it have been something else? or is this just not for me? I hope not because I’m looking forward to it

Where did I see this?

I was taking practice MCQs and there were check boxes at the bottom where you could check a reason why you missed it. Like,
reading comprehension, didn’t know the law, etc. Now I can’t find it and I don’t even know where I saw it.

I’m enrolled in Themis, have looked at adaptibar and Barbri and also some free resources.

Old cat, regular vomiting for months. Ultrasound?

Symptoms: I have a 19-year-old female orange tabby who throws up a lot. At first we were like, meh, cat. now it is nearly daily, usually once in the middle of the night. Sometimes once in the middle of the day. Not necessarily right after eating. sometimes it’s just bile, sometimes has fur, sometimes food. she is otherwise happy and healthy. It’s been months, maybe even a year.

History: She does have slightly elevated kidney enzymes and is on kidney support dry kibble. She eats only this and drinks a fair amount of water. she will not eat anything else except for the occasional temptations cat treat. we have switched foods a few times and cut off treats and none of that seems to make any difference in the vomiting.

Recommendation: The vet wants to do an ultrasound. I’m not against it but I hate to put her through it plus it’s expensive and I’m wanting to make sure it’s the best use of my funds. Especially because I’m not likely to have any surgery done on her at her age.

Help wanted: just looking for any thoughts as to whether an ultrasound seems like a good idea or if there is some other approach. Or if this is just old cat. I’ve never had a cat this old.

Cat tax: paid

Thank you to anyone who replies.

Skill score 100

does a skill [edit: strategy] score of 100 mean they made the optimum move every time? (And also why is mine out of 99 and they have 100)

I love how this month’s theme goes with everything! Who would have thought the mythical rug? I also really like the jungle rug with this theme to look like a 70s shag rug ✌️
