Hey everyone,
I'm an incoming MS student at NYU Courant from Jaipur, India, and I'm currently looking for housing starting in early/mid August 2026.
My budget is around $1,500/month or less, and I'm looking for a shared setup (2B1B, 2B2B, 3B2B, etc.) with Wi-Fi and utilities included if possible. Flex rooms maybe.
I'm primarily considering:
Jersey City, Hoboken, Journal square, Downtown Brooklyn(too expensive) Other areas with a reasonable commute (preferably 45 minutes or less) to Washington Square Park.
A few things I'm looking for:
Decent neighbourhood
Grocery stores and daily essentials nearby
Good public transit access
Student-friendly environment
If you have an availability , are looking for a roommate, or are also searching for housing and would like to team up, feel free to DM me.
I'm already coordinating with a few other incoming students, so l'd appreciate any leads or suggestions.
