This is a rough outline of the 1st episode for an 8-episode modern day (concept) Power Rangers limited series I was writing, titled ANGEL GROVE. The series draws heavy inspiration from Amy Jo Johnson’s MMPR: The Return comic book series but is set 28 years after the events of Power Rangers in Space. In this version, everything up to the Zordon era remains canon, with the original MMPR cast all playing a part in the overall story. The narrative mainly explores the complex relationships between Kimberly, Rita (now human) and their daughters, but in interesting & unexpected ways.

While this is just a fan-made project, I would love to one day tell the full 3 season story arc.

While this is just a fan-made project, I’ve also put together a concept trailer which is currently posted on YouTube.

The is a short rough outline for an else-world limited Power Rangers solo (comic book) story I had began developing several years ago. The story centers around Billy the blue Ranger trying to survive in a dystopian future without his Ranger team members.

A couple of years ago I came up with an idea/concept for an 8-episode modern day Power Rangers limited series, titled ANGEL GROVE. The series draws heavy inspiration from Amy Jo Johnson’s MMPR: The Return comic book series but is set 28 years after the events of Power Rangers in Space. In this version, everything from the Zordon era remains canon, with the original MMPR cast all playing a part in the overall story. At its core, the narrative explores the complex relationships between Kimberly, Rita—now human—and their daughters, but in interesting & unexpected ways. While this is just a fan-made project, I’ve already completed a rough outline for the first episode. - Should I post it?

Would you want to see this story turned into a comic book?
