My entire laptop seems to have been reset, and now it has a lot of new problems, and I have no idea why or how to fix it.
I turned off my laptop, packed it into my bag, went to my girlfriends, opened it, and now it's back to its home settings for some reason and I've been signed out.
I don't think it was hard reset because my data is still there? Some of it, at least. I can sign into my Google and steam accounts and my apps reappear. But I turn it off and on and it just happens again, I'm signed out and all my shit is gone. I live in a place with bad, sometimes no wifi. So I can't do that every single time I turn on my computer, just doesn't work.
Also, all of my video files are gone, but the space they took up is still there? I had like over a dozen YouTube videos downloaded, but it says my video folder is empty, however the space the videos took up is still there, as I said.
The only thing that I have to go off is that it may have something to do with a corrupted disk drive? That's what it said when I tried to use a restore point. It's performing an automatic repair now. Or it says it is, as least, ain't no loading circle so I'm not sure if it's frozen or nah, but I'm hesitant to touch it.
If anyone knows for sure what this is, help would be greatly appreciated.
Do yall think this scene takes place in the Past, or the Future?
I don't think I've ever seen anyone actually ask this before, but I feel it's a valid question. Does the opening scene show Cole eventually encountering the Outlaw, or is it showing that he has already?
My Pitch and OC's for a fan made second season.
(I can't draw for shit, so I'm using the in-game avatar editor.)
This is the rough outline for a fic that I may end up writing. Not sure yet. But I felt like sharing since OC's seem to be the trend this sub is going through right now.
Red and Purple join the cast at Mira HQ to discuss the events of the first season, and are offered a heafty check (bribe) to stay silent about the aliens, and pin all the crew's deaths on a catastrophic reactor failure. Neither of them are given a chance to sign however, when ?!@# ends up dead, and the building security goes into lockdown.
Pink is the CEO of Mira Corporation, however due to the HQ's security protocol, they are locked on the top floor with the rest of the cast once an extraterrestrial being is detected inside the building. They are accusatory and uncooperative, and although there's no doubt about them being a corrupt POS, they unfortunately have a good reason why they're (likely) not the alien. I won't say more about them just in case I do end up writing. Don't wanna spoil.
Gray is the sole survivor of "The Polus Incident." An event that allegedly took the lives of their entire team as they had to fend off 3 Imposters on the planet of Polus. Like Red, they signed an NDA and was rapidly promoted within the company. However unlike Red, they have a goal: To find concrete evidence of Mira's corruption and expose it, a mission that they enlist Red and Purple's help with throughout the season.
Rose is a corporate lawyer hired by Mira, and they're deep in the payroll. They essentially represent the worst qualities of Red, and act as a sort of foil to them, a perfect showcase of what becomes of someone who sells their soul for corporate paychecks. They're cold, calculated, and very confident.
Maroon is a depressed, paranoid, workaholic scientist. Their home was ravaged by a mysterious plague that leaked Into their towns water supply. This caused them to have a quite cynical and bleak outlook on life. They don't trust easy, and perfers to be alone. A mindset that may benefit, or severely endanger them under their given circumstances.
Tan is one of the lead Navigational and Communications officers for Mira. Their job is to communicate with space vessels and plan out large-scale expeditions. They're professional and strict, holding themselves and their subordinates to high standards.
Coral is the often mistreated secretary for Pink. Overworked and Underpaid, Coral is left with no choice but to work to pay off their student loan debt for buisness school, which was at the time covered by Mira. They're skilled in finance, advertising, and generally most things corporate. However these skills matter little, as they're primarily made to sort through spreadsheets and fetch coffee for Pink when they aren't verbally berating them. A deeply unfulfilling career. If only something would spice things up...
Banana is Mira's botanist, they were hired to study extraterrestrial plant life located on the planet "Fungle" and they take a liking to the beauty of the plant life. They're very green, hating pollution and "litter bugs" to their fullest extent. They see the Imposters not as evil, but as living beings that should be studied and understood, not eradicated.
(Only one of them is an imposter.)
I'm rebooting Unearthed.
Hey guys. So some of you may remember Unearthed, it was a textbox series that I stopped posting a little over 2 months ago. I'd like to provide a brief explanation as to why I stopped, and what I'm doing now. (Even if the title kinda gives it away lol)
So June was a busy month, I graduated from high school and now I'm faced with the horrifying realities of "The real world" lol. With all that going on, along with the release of chapter 5 of Deltarune, writing this kinda became tedious. I didn't really like using Demirrion all that much, which was the established format. Overall writing this series felt less like it was for fun, and more because i have a completion addiction lol. So I've decided to end the textbox series.
I'm not finished with this fic yet tho, since as you can probably tell by the title, I plan to reboot it written normally, and posted to ao3. I'm not changing much from the original story since, in all honesty, the original story isn't what I have an issue with. I think the first season is some of the best fic writing I've ever done, and season 2, while not as good in my opinion, was pretty solid too. And the third season, although I never got around to writing it, I believe also has some really good concepts that I plan to flesh out eventually. it's just the format became too tiresome to maintain. Being limited to only 20 slides with textboxes is somewhat restrictive.
So yeah, that's really about it. I actually finished the first chapter of the reboot months ago, but I'll just re-link it here for conveinence. https://archiveofourown.org/works/80049181/chapters/210130171
Chapter 2 is coming... in like a week or 2. Maybe 3, dunno yet. Have a great day, and as always, thanks for reading.
Dragging me into a white room kicking and screaming
Okay, if you haven't seen my last post, check it out here: https://www.reddit.com/r/DeltaruneYellow\_/s/BSAZBfh6Pd
I have continued to delve deeper into insanity in recent days. I've been thinking about the theory I presented last post, and I think theres a decent chance that If true, i can use it to predict at least one, if not all three of the remaining dark worlds. And I'm pretty confident in at least one of these predictions... But I'll get to that later.
In chapter 3, I believe the Dark World will be the Cafe. The fact that it was broken into is already really shady, since now it's almost guranteed to be a prominent building in hometown. And given that Melody lives there, it is likley that she will be a pretty big character next chapter, if this proves to be accurate. And the Feisty Four? If they keep hanging around there investigating, they may just end up there as well. Just like in the Dunes.
But theres something else too, REALLY think about it for a second. The Cafe's main activity... Is the arcade. Just like in how Chapter 3 of Deltarune has Tenna's boards, I believe Chapter 3 of Deltarune Yellow will involve an arcade segment of sorts to parallel Deltarune. This adds up, since Bearings Kingdom and Robotopia also parallel the first 2 Deltarune Dark Worlds. I think that pattern will continue, taking us to Chapter 4...
Continuing with this pattern, Chapter 4's DW will have to be a location in Hometown that somehow parallels both the Sanctuary, and Lower Snowdin. Off the bat, im gonna guess that this will be a Martlet focused chapter. The plot with the Red Letter will have to come up again at some point, since by my prediction, it won't play a big role in chapter 3, I think it will in chapter 4.
Huh, a fourth chapter having heavy focus on a letter... What's that remind you of?
It is of my belief that Chapter 4's Dark World will be in Martlet's house. We will find out the truth of what the Red Letter contains, just like the fun gang finds the truth of the Prophecy's final tragedy. Martlet will play a big role in the chapter, either as a party member, or potentially even a boss. The giant boxes she has stacked all around the house will parallel the towers that the fun gang climbs, and her love for puzzels will result in likley many of her Lower Snowdin puzzles showing up as well.
Okay... Chapter 5. This will be somewhat harder, as we don’t currently have chapter 5 of Deltarune. So of course, there's no way we can use Deltarune to predict the final chapter of Deltarune Yellow... Right?
Well... I suppose lets think of the overarching plots of both games. What is a location that's very prominent in Deltarune? A location that will almost certainly be one of, if not THE final Dark World? The Shelter.
Is there anything in DRY's Hometown that could be connected to it? Not Really.
There's no dark area, just outside of town, where it's implied something bad happened...
Oh right... The Mines...
Okay, so thats... a loose connection. I mean, the Mines arent even in the Dark Ruins in UTY. But... what exactly IS the Dark Ruins? Well... it's a dark cave area. What is a mine?. You guessed it, dear reader. A dark cave area.
I believe in the final chapter, Cole and Kanako will return to the Mines. And we will finally learn what happened that day in the cold, dark caves.
Oh and Dalv might show up too, idk.
Reverse UTY Theory.
You guys hear about reverse undertale theory? Basically it's the theory that the Deltarune Dark worlds parallel the areas in Undertale, but reversed. New Home=Card Kingdom, The Core=Cyber City, Hotland=TV World, Waterfall=The Sanctuary, I've always liked the idea, and I've recently realised that it also applies pretty well to Deltarune Yellow.
New Home=Bearing's Kingdom. This is mostly due to the Foxlace fight paralleling Ceroba's battle in UTY, and the general section taking place in a Kingdom. It's a more loose thread than with the next section, but it still fits.
Steamworks=Robotopia. ...I don't feel like this one requires much explaining. It's an area with robots created by Chujin, with Axis playing a prominent role. The place feels like the Steamworks in everything but name.
Now, continuing down this track, the next 3 chapters will likley paralell the Dunes, Snowdin, and Dark Ruins and given that the Cafe got a lot of spotlight in chapter 2's hometown segments, a location found in the dunes in UTY, I'm willing to bet there's a decent chance that's where the next dark world will be.
The biggest hitch in the theory is that the first 2 dark world's could just as easily be paralleling Deltarunes dark worlds... But that's boring, so I will ignore it.
I am going insane.
Unearthed Season 2 Part 12: Let Justice Be Done

Chapter here since it's too long to post directly to Reddit: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1SV73HjML5OgZZoKIaHlgt4HlJBJ6J9ApQfT4dEH1JqQ/edit?usp=drivesdk
Hey guys, sorry for the VERY long wait, the next chapter will not take this long. Life's been busy the past month, but things are finally cooling down, and im back to writing. This is the longest chapter yet at 34 slides, and since im not posting directly on Reddit anymore, im no longer locked behind a 20 slide limit, so this chapter really had time to marinate. It may be my personal favorite chapter thus far.
I highly recommend reading the bonus chapter "Proceed" first, if you haven't
