Are there any fun sport type activities for women who want to be active but aren't super into fitness ? (no yoga)

I'm looking for a fun sport type activity where I can meet other women who like being active but are also a bit lazy. Maybe you were an athlete in high school and haven't done much in years. Or maybe you just like the social aspects of being active. I'm not interested in yoga, that's to calm, I want something really fun. Doesn't have to be only women, but I would really like to make some female friends.

I know we can all agree that being in love with someone is different than having a crush, but do you think it's different than having feelings? Personally, I feel like they're different. A crush is usually something fleeting that is based more on how you perceive the person vs. who they really are. It's very revolved around the person who has the crush rather than the person who they have a crush on. Personally, when I was young, I'd have crushes on guy after guy and I don't think that's how feelings actually work. Feelings, though, I think are something deeper. Maybe not love, but general positive and romantic feelings based on who someone is not just the idea you have in your head. I feel like feelings are longer and a little deeper than a crush, but do you all think that they're both pretty similar?
