Why do so many associate rightwing extremism and disinformation with "Boomers"?

Fox News may have a primarily older viewership, but it's only one part of the problem. A lot of of the rightwing disinformation sphere and conspiracy theories like Rogan, the Musk personality cult, Jordan Peterson fans, antivax etc. appeals more to people under 60.

There seems to be an assumption that this stuff is primarily a "Boomer" problem. I think it's misguided. Perhaps it's because the worst personally hurtful and harmful is seeing parents go down the rabbit hole and posts here skew towards that, but this stuff as primarily an age or generation.

London's metropolitan area

Trying to do some international comparisons and want something for London similar to a US Metro Area or Canadian Census Metropolitan Area. Unfortunately no widely and near-universally accepted measure exists, so one has add up dozens of local authorities etc.

Would you use London + home counties (including local authorities within)? Something else?

OECD's FUAs don't seem to make sense either, Slough for instance is "its own metro" (while Washington and Baltimore are one metro - go figure).

My Q may be practicing law without a license again...in another (Canadian) province

My ex-comrade the Qult lawyer - who went down the anti-vax rabbit house during the "trucker" occupation of Ottawa in 2022 may have resurfaced. She's been suspended in Ontario for the last 8 months, was subject to an injunction after practicing law without a license, was ordered to pay punitive damages to a client as a result of the unauthorized practice, and even has a bench warrant in BC.

Now her LinkedIn profile says she lives in Alberta and includes her law firm on the bio.

Probably the most ideologically sound member of City Council. I'm sure there will be a big battle in the progressive community for the seat.
