Peekaboo

Hey yall, here's another Trevor Henderson/found footage FAITH drawing, this time I drew the peekaboo demon, which is one of my favorite enemies in the game I might add.

I had a lot of fun making this, and I hope you have as much fun viewing it :]

My first post on this subreddit.

Hello people, this is a render I made in blender today, figured I'd show it given that's the whole point of this sub :]

Loved seeing other people's stuff so I hope my attempt is even half as good. The idea of this mock up was making a game based on old European mythology, mixed with the visuals of Quake and The Legend of Zelda.

[OC] Iblisidraco - the European spitting dragon.

Iblisidraco ichthyophagus is the most common of the European dragons, being derived monitor lizards that evolved to feed on fish and small mammals; getting their namesake due to their ability to spit out their toxic saliva from a distance. The maximum size of a spitting dragon is roughly 7 feet, or 2.2 meters in length, and a weight of 100 kgs (200 lbs). As their name suggests, Iblisidraco are fish-eaters; hunting their preferred prey by perching over shallow streams and rivers and using their long, crocodilian-like jaws to snatch up anything that gets close enough. Due to the wide assortment of large mammals living in Europe, these lizards have evolved glands in near their tongues which allows them to spit out their toxic saliva at a predator. The saliva causes a burning sensation upon making contact with human skin, and is poisonous if ingested or injected into the bloodstream; this behavior is believed to have produced myths of fire breathing amongst different dragon stories.

Due to their history with humans being shaky at best, spitting dragons are endangered. A combination of active hunting efforts and habitat loss has put a severe dent in the populations of Iblisidraco, estimates of the total number of these reptiles vary, but the general consensus is that a little over 4000 remain on the entire European continent.
