What If I Don't Want 9th Level Spells?

Okay, apologies for the slight clickbait, because I really do want 9th level spells. I've already thought about taking Wish, Shapechange for a Merilith, etc. But that's not the point of this post. Lately, I've been wondering what other 3 levels I could finish this character off with.

I'm in a campaign as a Tabaxi 14/3 bladesinger/armorer split that will wrap up at level 20. In combat I drop a big concentration spell, often Haste, Ashardalon's Stride, Spirit Stroud or Bigby's Hand and zoom around the battlefield with boots of speed doing melee damage and avoiding attacks of opportunity with the Mobile feat. Due to a Boon of Speed and Mobile and Tabaxi...ness, my movement speed can range from absurd to truly absurd. I am our party's main damage dealer because of Song of Victory and 22 int from a Tome of...whatever the intelligence boosting Tome is.

Disclaimer: I understand that 17 levels of wizard with level 9 spells is the most optimized, I promise. My character feels very min-maxed to the rest of the party and so I was wondering what other options would be fun to consider.

Stats:
22 Int

20 Dex

19 Con (Amulet of Health)

12 Wis

11 Str

12 Cha

If I went 3 levels in Fighter, Psi Warrior would scale well with 22 int. Action Surge + psi-empowered strikes?

If I went 3 more levels in Artificer, I'd get...an immediate ASI? and tools expertise? Doesn't seem worth it.

If I went 3 levels in Rogue, I could go something like Arcane Trickster? My bonus actions are pretty crowded, but the expertise could be nice.

Any other suggestions? I know my stats, RAW, limit me to either Fighter, Artificer, or Rogue. But my DM is very generous and would probably let me take any multiclass outside of Paladin to avoid spammed Smite nonsense.

City Issues Waterways Ban Until Tuesday

https://www.austintexas.gov/emergency-management/news/city-issues-waterways-ban-until-tuesday

"Due to floodgate operations initiated by the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) and Austin Water, the City of Austin has issued a waterway ban effective immediately Friday, July 17.

The ban is an effort to keep Austinites and visitors safe as water conditions are anticipated to have faster flows and increased debris in the water make recreational, commercial, and navigational use of area waterways unsafe. The ban is in effect until 5 p.m., Tuesday, July 21.

Personal and commercial watercraft, wet bikes, motorized surfboards, canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, and other similar devices are not allowed on the following waterways in Austin:

Lake Austin from Mansfield Dam to Tom Miller Dam

Lady Bird Lake

Colorado River downstream of Longhorn Dam

Residents and visitors also are urged to avoid riverfront trails which may be unsafe to navigate and are susceptible to flash flooding at this time due to raised water levels. "
