Kudos to Cedar Point lost and found
Was at the park recently and on the last day, last ride, my phone fell out of my front pants pocket during the ride and landed in the middle of nowhere (according to Fnd My Phone). I had no confidence that someone would help me try to find it afterhours (and we were going home anyways) so bought a new phone as soon as I got home. I noticed a week later that FindMyPhone was saying the phone was no longer near the coaster path but near the front entrance. I googled and found the SixFlags Lost and Found page listed below, thinking I had nothing to lose. 2 days later, I received an email saying they found it! They fedex'd it to me for $40, which beats me going there to get it. It had a couple of dings but was otherwise undamaged. Want to say Kudos to Cedar point for taking the effort to search out Lost and Found items on coasters. I am told they walk the premises as part of their closing procedure.
