I have a PS4 Pro CUH-7016B with a defective disc drive with the disc stuck inside, so I ordered a new one. But after properly mounting it, the new drive now shows no signs of life, and when I try to insert a disc, the drive seems dead.

​Did I need to swap the original daughterboard/PCB from the old drive over to the new one, or could this be a power/ribbon cable issue?

​Can anyone please help? I'd be very grateful.
