2008 Mini Cooper S - Should I cut my losses - Help!

So I recently got into a car accident and had to get a new car with limited finances - I bought a Mini Cooper S and was completely unaware of the terrible engine problems these cars can have at this mileage. I immediately replaced the alternator when I purchased this car and then not long after my car entered limp mode! I am taking it to a garage on Friday to get this fixed and I also need to add a new driveshaft to the list as the CV joint is clicking. My question is as a daily driver (12,000miles per year) should I even keep this car - I love it but I’m not made of money so I’m thinking of cutting my losses which hurts to say. I have only owned this car for a week and I’m not feeling great about the future potential spend on repairs etc, I was originally planning on having it for two years before moving on. I have attached the service history and a picture of the car. Any advice would be a great help as I’m really unsure what to do here!

Mini Maintenance Help

I recently purchased a 2008 Mini Cooper s for 2.65k it has 101k miles on the clock and a good service history (attached at the end of the post) I really enjoy driving the car so I want to maintain it for as long as possible. I recently got the alternator replaced as it wasn’t charging the battery which got rid of a red battery and yellow engine (half coloured) warning light. The cv joint on the driver side also knocks on full lock turns and the driver side wheel squeaks mainly when turning to the left. I am going to get the drive shaft replaced this weekend - and currently I’m driving it cautiously as I need the car for work next week (before replacing the driveshaft). The car also has a burning smell occasionally which I suspect it to be the cv joint too. Today I drove the car about 10 miles on a straight road on accelerating the yellow engine light returned which I’m not sure why - I will ask the mechanic to check this when getting the driveshaft replaced. The oil levels are topped up. I have attached some photos below as there is a screen which reads the cars engine and other things (these photos were taken when idle after completing the 10mile drive). Also the bst psi when accelerating in gear 2 went from -11 to -0.6 at its highest.

5 weeks into the cut

I’ve been cutting down for summer to lean out, my goal is to get defined abs. I am 5ft 7 and weigh 66.2kg. I eat roughly between 1800-2000kcals a day and hit my protein at about 130-150g a day. I was thinking I would need to cut down to 65kg to achieve this goal - how long should I maintain this diet to achieve this?
