I think what's is plot for iruma''s growth.

Baal's favourite is chaos. Which is also great for growth and becoming absolute(like high risk, High reward stage).

1)even if he becomes king In normal scenario those who oppose or doesn't accept his leadership will always remain present while he they would be in open and could be killed.

2)Also any achievement he makes will be amplified as something that just supposed to be food can do all this.

3. blood heal/pact . Before he couldn't use it in open but now after revealing he could. So at some point someone will connect him to prophecy.
