Probably heading for divorce

My husband and I have been married 20 years, together 25. We've had a hell of a lot of stress in that time and its getting to the point we need to split.

We've no kids together but are very financially tied to one another. I want to keep the house but can't see how as I'll need to buy him out.

I earn a good salary and could cope with the monthly bills on my own, its the buyout thats the sticking point.

Other assets include a car which he can keep (roughly £17k value) and we have pensions which are quite substantial.

Mortgage is around £140k outstanding, value of the house around £300k.

Has anyone been in a similar position and successfully kept their house and navigated the separation without all hell breaking loose??

Slower.....not sure Runna is for me

I've been running for around 6 years, have done a few half marathons, and generally over the 6 years have consistently run 3 times per week.

I used to be relatively fast (average 5k 26 mins, 10k 52 mins) then cancer hit, plus chemo and after that I am slower, but still not what I would consider a slow runner, still consistently hitting 30min 5k and 60min 10k.

I decided to sign up to runna to give my runs some structure, as I generally just go out and run, no intervals or anything, just run by feel. Im half way through a 13 week plan, and I feel like im getting slower and slower as the weeks go on.

Im running 4 times per week, combo of easy/tempo/intervals/long runs and I feel like my average pace has got naturally slower during this time.

Im at the point of ditching the plan and going back to my usual running by feel approach, but I wanted to see if other people here have felt the same?
