Hello! I lost my phone last time and my SIM card was in it, so I had my GCash account blocked. Then my sister sent me allowance to the same number I blocked. How can I get the money? Is it still in the blocked GCash account? They said the money didn't go back to her bank account, and the fund transfer went through.

Hello po! Nawala po kasi last time phone ko and nandon ang sim ko kaya pina block ko sa gcash ang account ko then yung ate ko po ay sinendan ako ng allowance in the same number na pina block ko. Paano ko po kaya makukuha ang pera? Nandon po kaya yon sa blocked na gcash account? Wala raw po kasing bumalik sa bank account niya at nag go through naman ang fund transfer.

Hello po! Done na po ako mag apply for national ID then I asked them if kailan ko makukuha ang digital national id, they said kinabukasan after ko mag apply. I downloaded egov app, need muna iverify ba talaga before makuha ang digital id? Wala po kasi akong any valid id, yung passport ko ay dadating pa on third week ng june pero need ng valid id raw to get it kaya I applied for national id na. Paano po yun huhu
