Has anybody had their nose pierced while they were teaching swim lessons? Advice is to stay out of the water for 3 months 😭

My insurance company says I have to use Omada in order to get Wegovy for weight loss. I've tried Omada in the past and it was damn near useless (for me). Honestly, it seems like another tech bro trying to earn a paycheck off of people's insecurities, while marketing it to employers and insurance companies as "Wellness". What is the bare minimum I have to do with Omada to get my prescription, so I can use a different tracking app or program?

Do you bother filling out the Pre-Flection questions in each lesson? Will these come into play later in the program? Often it's asking a question about something I know nothing about. Or I'm just trying to get through the material and read.
