Should we take a pause or stay the course?

Potty Training:

Could use some feedback …

We were going strong into Day 6 with my 2 yr 8 month old daughter. Minimal accidents and excitement to use the potty at home and daycare. She was having success, taking herself independently or telling us she needed to go. At that point, she had not had a bowel movement for one week. After hours RN directed us to UC, and UC said go to ER on 7/3. I had her in a diaper and she decided to 💩 right after I finish registration 😒 (at that point she had a pediatric laxative in the AM and a glycerin suppository in the evening before her BM)

No more poops since, but miralax started. With the holiday yesterday, she was in a swimsuit often and whenever we talked about a potty break, I realized she was holding her urine and she would just sit quick and say “I don’t think so.” Zero excitement about going anymore.

She stayed dry overnight last night in a pull up (not normal for her) and I could not get her to pee until I put her in a diaper around noon today. My concern now is that she’s going to withhold her urine and develop a UTI.

I’m not sure if the fiasco with holding her 💩 has caused some anxiety and now she’s not willing to use the potty anymore.

Do we take a break for a couple days or a week and revert back to diapers and then try again? Should I go back to commando for a few days?

She was commando starting out, and was at the point of starting to wear underwear and pants. I was only doing pull-ups overnight.
