Can anyone tell me how you guys did the 3.2 ESS report??

So if I’m taking EnglishUE and I’m not sure on getting all my literacy from externals what should I do please help me cuz other subjects that i take are only for numeracy i am taking physics, stats, calculus, science,🙏😭 is there any kind of courses available for me to get literacy credits for uni????? I really need to get into university im hoping to do engineering 🙏🙏
