Im having a really bad day

Today is very sad and no energy day. I don't know what to do with myself since I have to be at work later and I already called off last friday...Im trying to be somehow in acceptance of my state instead of fighting it off but its making me anxious. Any suggestions or just someone going through it too right now ?

Edit : im gonna try to listen to Berghain-remix a few times and see how it goes lol

I miss you. I was doing okay but I just got hit by a wave of missing you. Your little laughs when we were watching your favorite show. Your smell. My hand holding yours while we were sleeping. I miss hanging out with you, doing nothing. Im afraid we made a huge mistake. I also think it was the right thing to do. But god do I miss you. I miss you so much. I still love you. You will always have a special place in my heart. I hope someday we can be friends. But for now, I will stay away so I can heal.

Going through a break with my boyfriend which im pretty sure is gonna end up in a breakup...wanna pick back journaling to process everything. Any suggestions ?
