The Philadelphia 76ers have hired Tommy Balcetis as Head of Basketball Intelligence, Analytics and Innovation, league sources told @hoopshype. Previously, Balcetis was an assistant general manager for the Denver Nuggets. He spent 12 years in total with Denver in several roles.
