I have a 2015 Outback 3.6R on which I’ve had two engine covers that were damaged by mechanics (including Subaru mechanics) who didn’t realize you need to pull the cover from the back upwards and have left me with the front two tabs torn off. I am debating on buying another but I’m just curious what would the consequences be if I just left it off. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions about this? Thank you.

My company bought me a RT ticket for a trip and I was hoping I could upgrade it out of my pocket but it appears that with the ticket my company bought I’m unable to buy an upgrade. I’m wondering is there any way around this? I’m a little confused as to why they won’t let me upgrade. Thanks.
