If i clock out at xx:59 instead of xx:00 will i be deducted pay?

Going on holiday to Spain for 4 nights , i live in England, do i need to let universal credit know? What happens if i don’t?

I’m pregnant and online shopper i get extremely uncomfortable and sweaty whilst on shift (sorry if tmi) my store manager has just told me off today for wearing shorts to work (just above the knee plain black cycling shorts)
My male colleagues majority of them wear shorts and never get told off, does anyone know if this is correct do i have to wear trousers? Did he have the right to tell me off?
