I’m working on a landing page for a personal development/community brand and would really appreciate some outside perspectives.

A few questions I’m hoping you can answer:
Within the first 10 seconds, what do you think this business does?
Is anything confusing or unclear?
At what point, if any, would you leave the page?
Does the messaging build trust, or does anything feel too vague or overly promotional?
If you were my target customer, what would stop you from signing up?
If you could change just one thing to improve the page, what would it be?
Feel free to be as blunt as you want. I’d much rather hear the hard truth now than launch something that doesn’t connect with people.

Been thinking about this a lot lately. So many recruiters I talk to are genuinely good at their jobs — sourcing, pitching, closing, actually caring about candidates — but have zero control over the offer itself. Budgets get cut before headcount does. Hiring managers ghost the notes you send them. You’re asked to lowball people against your own judgment.
Curious if others feel this. At what point does it stop being “just the job” and start being a sign you’ve outgrown the seat you’re in?
