a horrible, but powerful lady got my family’s business shut down because she was upset of how she was spoken to in a “passive aggressive” tone. Unfortunately the lady knew too many people and lies were told in the reports. with the fines and lawyer fees it’s way more than anyone can afford. It’s a small family business and now six family members are out of a job.

I’m angry. This is not fair. I know exactly who the lady was (confirmed, not speculated) and I want revenge. She is a rich person that just took the only income six people have. I need something serious.

Got called f-ing stupid and that I should lose my job because this lady gave me a random ticket number that doesn’t look like ours so when I asked if she got it from another agent or retail employee she said it’s obviously her ticket she put in with her local law enforcement and obviously I should’ve know that 😀
