I went last year and had a great time! But if I remember correctly, the women's lockers were broken...? Has anyone been recently and knows if they're working now? I'm planning to go with my kid and just want to make sure it's safe.

We all know the drill many of us source our lab diamonds from Chinese vendors like Provence or Tianyu to get those great prices. But it got me thinking: these vendors are popular specifically because they cater to the international market.

What about the domestic market in China? Since these stones are manufactured there in such massive quantities, it stands to reason that Chinese consumers might have access to even cheaper options than what we’re getting through these overseas export channels.

Does anyone have experience or insight into how the pricing works for locals in China compared to what we pay as international buyers? Is there actually a factory direct price advantage for them, or is it not that simple?

I have a guest visiting, and we’re going souvenir shopping the day after tomorrow. They’re specifically looking for Albany-themed magnets (not just generic "Upstate" ones).We’re considering 5th Corner Goods and Fort Orange General Store. Between the two, which one has a better selection of items that actually say "Albany" or feature city-specific designs?Also, if there are any other shops I should check out, let me know. Thanks!
