I’m considering investing in Osus properties as an expat living abroad. I’m looking at Osus Eye and Osus Prime as potential developments to invest.
If anybody invested there already please let me know are there any caveats with these investments? Is it possible to rent them out?

I feel extremely chopped right now after being sick for couple of months. Looking for an AB to glow up together and keep each other in check.

My goals:
- consistency with exercise (3x a week)
- 15k steps a day (rest days allowed)
- eat enough protein
- no seed oils or junk
- limit screen time
- enough sleep
