Was just diagnosed with BPD and it feels impossible to cope with. I think I'm taking the rest of the school year off (I work at a school). Really needing someone with experience, strength, and hope. Tell me this isn't a death sentence.

Anyone else feel so lonely doing ketamine solo where you come out of the journey and you're just.. alone?
