For Safeway Folks

So you might have received a form to sign regarding Beat The Greet Standard Expection or something like that. So I know that I’m guilty with the “pointing and walking away while telling the customer what aisle the item is.” Well this is my opinion, so let’s say I work for DUG and I’m doing a flash order and a customer happens to ask me where an item is and according to the paper, we are supposed to stop what we’re doing when possible and to walk the customers to the products when needed, so how am I supposed to finish my flash order on time if I have to cater to other people’s needs, because the paper wants us to do what is telling us. Like hello? Common sense? Are we in the room? This is what my statement is on this.

What are your views and opinions regarding this matter? mean it doesn’t hurt to communicate with customers, but as long as I’m not doing a flash order, then I’m willing to cater to their needs.

Self Service Refund

So I’m just curious, do ya’ll believe that customers are telling the truth when they use the self service? It’s been happening frequently and there isn’t a photo to prove these claims. What are your opinions on customers doing self service refunds?
