Mom is telling me to take up some private job what should I do?

I'm scoring around 45 in IBPS PO Pre mocks. I haven't started anything for mains yet, and a few arithmetic chapters are still unfinished. With the mains pattern change, I don't think I'll be able to clear it this year.

My only hope is the Clerk exams, but I'm not very confident about them either because the cutoffs are really high. My mom is also telling me to take up a private job. Honestly, I've been sitting at home since March and I feel like I haven't done much, so I don't really feel confident about clearing in this cycle.

So should I start looking for a job after IBPS PO Pre, or should I wait until the Clerk exams are over?

Suggest plan B for govt job aspirant

I've been preparing for banking exams since March. Before that, I used to freelance and intern as a designer. But I want to have a backup if banking doesn't work out.

I've built decent skills and connections in design, but getting a good full-time job is really hard. Most are underpaid, and with all the AI noise, I'm not sure about the future of design either.

My mother is telling me to learn Tally and Excel, but I'm not sure if it's worth my time. Or should I look for a sales job if banking doesn't work out?

What skills would be good to learn as a backup? Is Tally worth learning? And how is the design market currently?

Penis pain on a particular point on left side

My penis is naturally curved to the left, and for the past 2 months I've had pain on the left side where it starts to bend. The pain gets worse after masturbation, during an erection, or sometimes even while peeing.

I'm 22. These days I masturbate once every 3–4 days. Earlier, I used to do it whenever I felt like it, sometimes daily for 3–4 days, then I'd stop for 4–5 days.

Because of financial issues, I can't see a doctor right now. Is there anything I can do at home to reduce the pain? Any exercises or home remedies that might help?

If I do go to a doctor later, which specialist should I see?

Has anyone else experienced something similar? Is this something serious?

Are you guys giving only mocks or also doing anything else?

What's the best thing to do now should I just do mocks or also start practicing from youtube and other sources?

What are you guys doing?

Not completely against Reservation but 60% reservation is too much

Not completely against reservation, but 60% reservation in all government jobs and colleges is way too much.

If you think casteism has decreased, then decrease reservation too. And if casteism hasn't decreased, then maybe reservation isn't solving the issue, so make some other law. Whatever the case, 60% reservation is not justified.

And many people give the logic that the General category is only 20 to 25% of the population but gets 40% of the seats. That's propaganda. Those 40% seats are open to everyone, so basically General category people don't even have 1% seats reserved for them.

And yeah, don't give the logic that "remove casteism first, then we'll remove reservation." I just said to decrease reservation, not to completely remove it. I think casteism has decreased, and there's still a long way to go before it completely disappears. But I also think a little discrimination will always exist. It can never be removed completely because it's human nature.

So yeah, basically I'm saying that reservation should be 40% and non reserved seats should be 60%, not the other way around.

If you disagree, feel free to comment and share your thoughts.

People who are scoring around 40 what's your plan?

How are you all planning to increase your mock scores? I don't think SBI PO is possible for me this time, but maybe IBPS PO is if I follow the right strategy.

Can anyone share how you're planning to improve your scores?

People who have already done it, can you also share what worked for you? Other than mocks, what sources should I use for practice? And how do you analyse your mocks properly? Any tips would really help.

Whats the best approach for Coding Decoding?

I've been doing coding-decoding like this, but it's consuming a lot of time. People are solving coding-decoding questions in 2–3 minutes, while it's taking me 4–5 minutes with this approach.

Idk if it's because my approach is wrong or just my writing speed.

What trick or approach do you all use for coding-decoding, and how long does it usually take you to solve them?

Mock scores not improving. Need guidance.

Scoring around 45 in SBI PO Pre OB mocks, but my score has been stuck there for quite some time. Has anyone else faced this? How much time did it take you to improve?

I'm scoring around 10 in Quants, 22+ in English, and 15–18 in Reasoning.

My biggest issue is Quants. I spend too much time on DI and speed maths. Arithmetic is weak, so I keep it for the end, but I rarely get time to attempt those questions.

In English, I also face time issues. I either overthink the answers or make silly mistakes when I try to speed up.

In Reasoning, my strategy is to solve puzzles first and do miscellaneous in the last 4–5 minutes. But sometimes one puzzle takes around 4 minutes, and I still end up marking the wrong answers even after solving it correctly. I also sometimes make mistakes in syllogism.

I'm mainly aiming for IBPS PO, but I'll be giving SBI PO as well since the syllabus is almost the same. Can anyone share what worked for you? How did you improve your mock scores, and how long did it take? Any tips would really help.
