Hello y’all, 14M here.
I started my fitness journey at 88 kg in Jan 2026, and currently I’m around 76–77 kg, so I’ve lost about 11 kg. I definitely look better now, and every once in a while people compliment me on the weight loss.
Originally, my goal was to lose fat and build a decent body with abs and all. For the first 3 months, I was going to the gym consistently and actually saw changes in my body.
But for the last 2 months, I’ve gotten really lethargic and completely lost motivation to go to the gym. Like, I want to go, but as soon as I start working out, within the first 20 minutes I start feeling tired and feel like I’m just forcing myself through the workout instead of actually enjoying it.
Even without the gym, I’m still losing weight consistently because of my calorie deficit, but I’m really struggling with motivation. In the last 2 months, I’ve probably gone to the gym only 10–12 times total, whereas before I used to go consistently around 16–18 times a month and actually felt excited to work out.
Can some of y’all give me some tips? I honestly don’t know what to do.

I have atopic dermatitis on my scrotum for almost three years. I can’t use any steroids there because it’s sensitive skin. I literally can’t socialise because I just can’t leave the house. If I have a flare-up and wear cotton underwear, it gets wet in about 15 minutes from the oozing. It also makes me feel really gross. Can someone please help me?
