We are looking for a hungry, resilient Lead Generator to join our team. Your primary focus will be outbound cold calling to qualify prospects and book meetings for our closers. If you thrive on the phones and know how to get past gatekeepers, this is for you.
The Compensation
We believe in paying for performance, but we also believe in providing a stable floor for top talent.
Base: ₹5,000 per month
Commission: [10%]
Earning Potential: Uncapped. If you hit your targets, you should be clearing [15k+]/month.
What You’ll Be Doing
Making [80-100] outbound cold calls per day to targeted prospects.
Identifying key decision-makers and navigating past gatekeepers.
Qualifying leads based on our ideal customer profile (ICP).
Booking qualified appointments/discovery calls for the Account Executives.
Maintaining clean and accurate records in our CRM.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Proven track record in B2B cold calling or outbound SDR/BDR roles.
Communication: Fluent, clear English with excellent active listening skills.
Resilience: You don't let rejection ruin your day. You take feedback well and constantly refine your pitch.
Setup: Quiet workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a working headset (if remote).

I built TurfLegends—a live, real-time IPL-style auction platform for local weekend cricket and football tournaments. Organizers usually manage team drafts using messy WhatsApp groups or Excel sheets; this app replaces that with a proper live bidding room.
The tech (Next.js, real-time database sync) is fully developed, live, and functional.
My Background:
I am a full-stack dev and student founder. I have successfully built and scaled consumer brands from the ground up (like Stretoura and Bookmarkers Store), but my focus right now is a pure software play, and I need a partner to scale it.
What I Need:
I have the technical architecture and UI/UX locked down. I need a business-minded Co-Founder to own the non-technical side. I am looking for someone who can figure out the monetization model, handle the Go-to-Market strategy, and hustle to onboard local turf owners and college sports committees.
