New mods seleted, will share names once they accept.

(1/3) as part of Neet India & Neetard becoming one, perma representative from Neetard, u/bhadmeinjayein

We have selected new temporary mods [PLACEHOLDER TILL ACCEPT] & u/Ok-Percentage-4641 (say hi to people) [new mods, no experience, five hundred and one hundred resp]

other two mods are first time mods selected from the subreddit.

however, we have removed two moderators for being inactive. Even if it was for neet prep, mod team was weaker for it, they are still eligible for filling applications post reneet when they have the time for it, but for no we need a stronger and robust team for the accelerated expansion of the sub & future manuvering with merging the two subs , Neet India and Neetard.

For that, we are reopening moderator recruitment for 1 or 2 mods. Everyone who has already sent application will need to resend the application, as they were removed + reddit glitching meant we did not see as many applications as many were sent. But there are some rules this time around.

1. please don't sent application if you are not Neetard/ ex Neetard, we had a tsunami of Jeetards and people who had no assoisation to this come fill the application.
2. Have at least 10 karma, or some history with the subreddit. History with Medicotards is still okay, as it still counts as relevancy to Neet.
3. This time we have a male reservation system, given mod team has gone from male dominated (five : three) to closer to half and half (five : four) /J

It was told a subreddit made for true, honest work goes into decline with the passage of time. This was what happened with JEENEETretards from which came Medicoretards, and it is whats been happening with that subreddit, which would inevitable be Neet India... or will it?

We the mods have brought the proposition to merge the subreddit's mod teams and make them two subreddits but one purpose.

None of the below is final, but its under work, hence I come with the premilinary proposition of this event.

1. We make neet india and neetard sister subreddits. r/Neet_india as the main subreddit does not go far from its original purpose, stays true to study related topics, where the focus remain NEET examination for that year, doubts, study time, mock test scores, news alerts, outcries and opinions that pertain to the NEET examination of that year.

r/NEETard however becomes the subreddit for fun, a legacy subreddit, where older and newer neetards post for stress free things, opinions, their talents like singing, drawing memes etc, would be posted while still remaining true to neet. It becomes a fun subreddit, a subreddit for opinions from Neetards, and more. Still relevant to NEET, but laid back, studies does not become the main topic there, but memes, fun, Neetards got talent, rants, vents, psycho help and more.

mod teams across the two subreddits become one, and they become two subreddits but one purpose.

Even with fun activities we make sure it does not go far from its original purpose, hosting ex and current and future NEET aspirants. Where veterans can feel nostalgia and newer aspirants can get a home for help.

The finer print would be printed later, probably post neet, and moderation of r/Neet_india remains priority for now, at least till the Reneet, but I call everyone to join both subreddits, as soon, a month from today, we shall put serious efforts to this.

There would be no immediate changes in moderation for a month till reneet, all serious efforts are post that.

Moderater recruitment is active, Priority would be given to karma & if you are not a NEet aspirant now (because most mods are neet aspirants, hence are busier when the sub is most active, i.e. NEET)

Minimum requirement to have at least 100 subreddit karma.

Prior experience not required, we can teach you around the ropes, but actually hope for no neportism environment that pushes mods from our own community.

Immortal Harry in a world where Magic gets weaker. He and voldy are legends of old, he time travels too. There are descendants of Weasley and Malfoy. Its a very old fic. He time travels with a Weasley descendant. He also visits funerals of his friends and children etc. Man I am really forgetting the plot. Its been years, but it was succintly big, like 100k/200k words+

I do not remember much of it but it was a good fanfic. If I am not wrong it was written in the 2008s, Harry time travels and becomes lord peverell, openly criticises grindelwald for using his family crest for his work.

Here, Grinelwald brings demons and stuff to the war, and honestly it was nothing like grindelwald from the fantastic beasts, this fic was good, and I confess I do not remember much.

Tens of posts daily about how sikar is not bad, its the best, this sir is mehnati xyz etc.

All of thm from accounts with no history of assosiation with Neet or any exam.

Sikar has five times more toppers in under AIR 100 than anywhere else. Must be something in their water I guess.

No matter what happens, do not tell lies, thinking it will save you. When result comes, many people would be faking their scorecard, and it will only bring great pain to you.

Idc about your parents, but I do care about you. If you lie on scorecard, then its bound to be needing more lies. If your parents suggest you take admission in private or abroad, you will fight hard to not do so because you faked your marks.

If they say to take admin anywhere you will be against it not because you are not interested, but because you faked your scorecard.

And checking a fake scorecard is very wasy. They send scorecard to your phone numbers, your emails, and each has their own qr code.

Telling truth might be slightly painful to you in the short term, but you will not have the weight of additional lies upon you.

Think long term here. Tell them the paper went bad or good today itself to soften the blow.

Lies protect you for days but would hurt you for years, truth will hurt you once but tension free for rest of your life.

I need bashing but the characters need to be obnoxiously annoying, it needs to be repeatetive, and just hair pulling, anger inducingly annyoing to the point I am left wanting to punch my pc screen.

The character needs to be like "No Harry, this is not like this. you are going to do this way only." in the kindest way possible.

Best I could remember with this idea were some hermione fics where she is either angry about Harry growing up. (Like she tears Harry's homeword, telling him he doesn't know anything and only he will only get something when she will teach him.)

I just need some anger inducting annoying fics.

We are doing a post NEET, google MEET, NEET MEET up, on 3rd/4th May, Timing and link to be provided soon as pinned comment or in post.
