I’m wondering if anyone is currently holding a Subclass 820 visa and has successfully used the Partner Visa Priority Processing Form to request priority processing and subsequently had their Subclass 801 visa granted.

If so, would you mind sharing what reason you provided for requesting priority processing?

I have a job opportunity that I really want, but unfortunately I was rejected because the position requires PR. I’m wondering whether this could potentially be considered a valid reason for requesting priority processing.

I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has had a similar experience. Thank you! 🙏

I had an ultrasound at 7 weeks, but the embryo was only measuring around 5 weeks. Then I had a second scan at 8 weeks, and it was still measuring the same with no further development. My specialist has diagnosed it as a missed miscarriage and recommended that I go to a public hospital for medical management using medication to help pass the pregnancy tissue.

I’m still trying to decide whether I should go with the medication option or have a surgical procedure instead?

I would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has been through this before and what your experience was with either option.

The embryo’s CRL measured 14.3 mm, which corresponded to about 5 weeks 4 days.
