Recently i upgraded to the iOS 27 beta while on USMobile and have run into an issue i’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing. the iOS27 beta seems
to have enabled some 5g SA features, but since USMobile doesn’t have the provisioning for the IMS set up correctly (i’m assuming), i lose access to RCS and SMS whenever i’m on band n41 SA. If it drops back to NSA it works again. The problem is, there’s no toggle in the carrier profile to stop the SA connection. They say that 5g SA currently isn’t supported, which is fine, but why am i receiving an SA connection, then?

If anyone would like to confirm this behavior for me, dial 3001#12345# surrounded by 2 * and then when connected to SA 5g band check IMS under About in settings.

If anyone has any advice, i’d appreciate it!!

I’m having some issues. I’ve enabled RCS, but it seems to keep getting stuck. Whenever i’m connected to SA on n41, my IMS only says Voice. It doesn’t have sms or RCs. When it switches to NSA on b2, RCS and SMS reappear. Why??? Also, it says SA but i don’t have the SA toggle on my iphones 5g page. I’m on the ios 27 beta! Any ideas? Help!

I’m sorry if this has been answered dozens of times, but what is the exact process to switch over? I’m planning to switch from T-mobile after a decade of being there and want to port my single line and then activate a second line for my son. How do i properly close the t-mobile account after as well?
