I was really hyped for season 5 of the boys when it first got announced, but now we're 7 episodes in the season and nothing important has happened yet. every other episode, characters are doing some random ass side plot. and don't get me started on posters that shows homelander in space and butcher destroying vought tower that have obviously never happened. it's genuinely sad to see this great show turn really mid with season 4 and 5

this would make perfect sense. here's my theory, the hand is trying to kill matt murdock since they know he's daredevil. and spiderman is in the prison to save him since matt helped him during the legal problem in nwh. if he's not in the movie it's a big missed opportunity.
