Who is the most underrated villain in Outlast?
In my opinion, Frank Manera is my favorite. Unfortunately, few people talk about this character. I love him because he is a totally crazed human being who wants to consume as much human flesh as possible, just like a full-fledged animal. I like how he relentlessly chases Park, craving his flesh.
