A phantom memory of Chris Walker in Outlast 2.

Okay, I know how it sounds, but until recently, I thought Outlast 2 had a jumpscare involving Chris Walker. For some reason, a memory stuck in my mind that made me think Outlast 2 had Chris Walker. I literally remember it perfectly — there would be shelves in one of the houses, lots of shelves, and when Blake walked past one, Chris would scare him and then disappear. And in my memory, Chris seemed more detailed than in the first game. funny situation.

Genuine question. How the fuck does anybody prefer Outlast I over Outlast II?? (Spoiler for Outlast School meaning)

Don't get me wrong. I absolutely LOVE Outlast I, but I just genuinely can't wrap my mind around anyone thinking the STORY of Outlast I is better than Outlast II.

In Outlast I the story is this; You are a journalist, and you have to read letters to find out about past scientific expirements. Cool. Not much of a story.

In Outlast II; You crash in a desolate area, leading to your wife being kidnapped. As you explore the cursed cult-like environment, gradually it's revealed what happened in your childhood. As your mind literally starts being affected by the trauma, religious psychosis, cult, and signals, your entire reality starts warping to your childhood trauma, ending with one of the tightest symbolic concluding sequences I have literally ever seen.

Can ANYBODY tell me how people actually think Outlast I is a better game than Outlast II?

Short Outlast 3 Concept: The Saint Mercy Hotel (Back to Outlast 1 vibes

Hey everyone,
I recently beat Outlast 1 again and missed that narrow, claustrophobic vibe. I came up with a concept for Outlast 3 that brings back that exact feeling but with a fresh setting and connection to the lore. Let me know what you think!

🏨 The Setting: Saint Mercy Hotel
Isolated during a storm with no cell service. It’s strictly split into two parts:
Wing 1: A normal, creepy hotel for everyday guests.
Wing 2: A hidden, high-security Murkoff facility hiding traumatized "Reagents" from The Outlast Trials.

👤 Protagonist & Intro
You play as Travis Bell, a young adult on a business trip. After checking into Wing 1, a few test subjects breach the security. Travis is ambushed in his room, chained up, and almost killed by a psychotic guest called "The Purger".

🏃 The Escape into the Trap
Travis breaks free and panics. Since the main exit is blocked, he flees into Wing 2, thinking the heavy security doors of the guards will keep him safe. It's a fatal mistake. The doors slam shut, and he traps himself inside the epicenter of madness. This is where the main game begins.

🩸 The Villains
The Purger: The stalker from the intro who continues to hunt you.
Richard Crow: The former hotel owner and a psychotic perfectionist.
Bill Parker: The former hotel security guard, now a brutal killer.
"The Guests": A dangerous faction of crazy test subjects controlling Wing 2.

Concept and characters created by me!!

Dual Prime Asset Environment - CITY HALL

Program Details

The people’s voice must be heard! Be the heart, face and soul of your community to guide the city through the mire of ideological rivalry and into a brighter future. Free yourself from the follower’s employment and become a figurehead with the public sway of gods. Only you can control whether the people choose you, or choose themselves.

Shuttle Hallucinations (Main Trial)

You see visions of Coyle and the Kress Twins arguing intercut with a masked woman in a suit touching and sniffing a child mannequin. You also see piles of corpses with keycards shoved into their viscera, a reagent getting abused by Coyle through a metal fence, and the Kresses giving a speech on a podium in front of a horde of mannequins. The hallucinations culminate in the suited woman ripping open her belly and strangling you with her intestines.

Main Trial: WIN THE ELECTION

“You are the destined leader. Choice is the narrowed path laid before the clueless mob, whom you ferry across the murky grey waters of nuance. The wrong choice is obvious. Uniform the people’s vote. Debase, defeat, and kill the candidate who would bring ruin to us. And we will let you out.”

  1. Infiltrate the City Hall: you spawn in the city square, filled with bustling mannequins, cars and giant buildings that almost touch the roof of the warehouse you’re in. At the end of the street, you find the City Hall and enter into the lobby.
  2. Coyle’s Intro: inside of the lobby is a closed roller gate with a blue scanner blocking you off from the rest of the building. Coyle comes around and drags his cattle prod along the bars, forming webs of electricity. “What the god-given fuck are you pinkos doing here? Those greasy lumps of mincemeat made one thing. Fucking. Clear. That your kind ain’t allowed to twist the law with your commie rape speech! I best not see you ‘round! Else I start seeing you reach…”
  3. Gain Access to the Auditorium: the mannequin at the reception desk opens its hands to give you 2 yellow keycards, which you use to open a shutter gate with ‘FIND SECURITY OFFICE’ scrawled on it to access a side section of offices. Keycards are objective items that don’t take up any inventory space and can be used to activate certain things like gates by swiping it across a scanner with the same or lower ranked colour. You’ll also need to swipe the keycard at the right speed or else the scanner won’t work. Use the yellow keycards to open gates and reach the security office, where you find a blue keycard. You then backtrack to the lobby and open the gate that has a blue scanner.
  4. Interrupt the Candidate’s Speech: you make your way into the auditorium and see a woman strapped to a metal vice in a purple suit and a mannequin mask over her head up on stage in front of several paparazzi mannequins, blaring a recording out of a speaker connected to said mask. From the banners behind the stage, you can tell that her name is supposedly Matthew Fawkes. Press the red button on the presidential podium next to her to make the spotlights on her turn off.
  5. Kress Twins’ Intro: upon pressing the red button on the podium, the Kress Twins come stomping onto the balcony. O: “Who on earth cuts off their enemy’s speech in a debate?! How did you even get here with such discourtesy…?” A: “I told you, Otto… we shouldn’t have relied on that… untaught bloodhound…” O: “Worry not your gorgeous head, sister. He’ll learn once we starve him of his whipping boys. And I know you’d love the hunt…” A: “Oh… you know just what to say to make me soak…”
  6. Set up and Record the Candidate’s Scandals: you push the Candidate backstage and bring her upstairs throughout various rooms. You’ll need to use the blue or yellow keycards on scanners near rail intersections to control where you can push her. Bring her to 4 different rooms with scandals (drugs, murder, prostitution, child trafficking, deals with Nazis, or two at once depending on the randomised room) and operate the camera at each scene to record the Candidate. While operating a camera, you’ll have to calibrate it first by pressing buttons on a button pad in accordance to the 4 dotted patterns (labelled A-D) in the same room as it, then you’ll have to look through the camera and scan the whole scene until you’ve captured 100% of it. You can calibrate the cameras without the Candidate, but you can only start scanning the room when she’s in it. You can also use either keycard to temporarily open up respective gates that are blocking certain rooms.
  7. Bring the Candidate back to the Auditorium: after fully scanning all 4 scandal rooms, you must push the Candidate back on stage in the auditorium.
  8. Deliver the Footage to the Citizens: once she’s back on stage, a panel will open up to reveal 2-4 (depends on players) TVs that are playing the recordings on loop. You’ll have to carry them throughout the west city block and city square outside of the City Hall and place them in randomised areas full of citizen mannequins. The TVs are heavy items that produce light from their screens, which Ex-pop and both Prime Assets can see in the dark.
  9. Assassinate the Candidate (1/2): once all of the mannequins are shouting about how they hate Matthew Fawkes, head back to the City Hall’s auditorium, where a mannequin operating a ballista rolls out onto the balcony. Press the red button to make the ballista shoots a harpoon into the Candidate’s gut.
  10. Assassinate the Candidate (2/2): there are two cranks on either side of the auditorium, which two people can operate at once each to slowly pull the harpoon out of the Candidate’s stomach, disemboweling her.
  11. Exit the Trial.
  • Note: Coyle has a blue keycard (Security), which lets him open gates with a blue or yellow scanner. Meanwhile, the Kress Twins have a yellow keycard (Politician) which lets them only pass through gates that have a yellow scanner.
  • Secret: on the second floor of the City Hall, there is a door with a red scanner. Find the red keycard (President), which can be used on any scanner, and open the door. Inside is a laboratory with brains and eyes on the counter, where you find a document written by the Kress Twins. They’re brainstorming ideas on how to escape with ‘Messiahs = Riot’ circled.

Candidate Voice Lines

  • On Stage: “please Coyle… I’m sorry…” — “BZZT- I WILL CLEANSE THIS CITY OF POVERTY WITH THE YOUTHS. Abandoned him…” — “Arora? O- Otto? Is… is that you?” — “BZZT- GIVE ME LIBERTY AND I WILL GIVE YOU DEATH. Fuck me they’re here…” — “This thing’s so heavy…” — “I didn’t… do anything… it’s my fault…” — “BZZT- FOR FAWKES’ SAKE.” — “BZZT- IMMIGRANTS WONT TAKE OUR JOBS. CHILDREN WILL. shut up…”
  • Scandal Recordings: “Ugh… my neck… BZZT- FOR FAWKES’ SAKE.” — “BZZT- I’M THE PINNACLE OF MASCULINITY. I’m not even a man… why am I here?” — “Hey, I’m sorry I… I’m sorry you have to do this…” — “I could’ve done something… BZZT- I NEED COPIOUS DRUGS TO GET IT UP.” — “BZZT- THE AGE OF EMPLOYMENT SHOULD BE FOUR. Why did the white coats make this so fucking heavy?” — “You aren’t… enjoying this? Right…? BZZT- LEGALISE ROOFIES.” — “I’m sorry for hurting him…” — “BZZT- FOR FAWKES’ SAKE. Please… don’t kill me… you can have my body…
  • Finale: “(Screaming) BZZT- FOR FAWKES’ SAKE. (Screaming continues)” — “Arora! Otto! Help me! Please!” — “Kill them, Kress! kill them! BZZT- IT’S NOT QUEER TO ADMIRE ANOTHER MAN’S BATON.” — “Coyle! Save me! Singe their Asses! I’ll give you whatever you want! Just..!” — “Help me! Dear god, help me! BZZT- THE KIDS LOVE ME AND I LOVE THEM BACK TWICE AS HARD. You don’t have to do this!” — “I’m sorry I left you behind!

Kress Twins Voice Lines

  • Patrolling the Second Floor: “Deception is only natural for adversaries of state.” “They have no truth… They’ve only transmitted here to poison our country…” — “An election is a beautiful thing… are Marxists really so brazen as to taint it with their… their…” “Wilful ignorance?” “No… with their inherent stupidity.” — “I’ll rip your dick off, Otto…!” “I’m just making sure our puppet is alright, love.” “Sure you are…! Sure you are…”
  • Patrolling the City Block: “I don’t… like this… too many eyes…!” “They aren’t real, sister.” “I know that! This place just… is getting to me…” — “Arora! You almost hit our guard dog!” “The only reason I missed the spoilt mutt was because you couldn’t stay still!” — “How horrid. How dishonest!” “They’ve past the brink of redemption…! Let me eat their grey matter… they aren’t using it anyway…”
  • During Finale: “If you really love this country, then fucking kill them, Coyle!” — “Why are we even bothering…? She’s already half-dead…” “At least she’s still half-alive. Even still, she’s no different from the vermin.” — “We have to win!” “The people won’t have a choice if there is only one choice!”
  • After you’ve killed the Candidate: “Our Pinocchio… gone… eviscerated…!” “It’s not too late, lover! We can make the Marxists pay for their treason.”

Coyle Voice lines

  • Patrolling the Offices: “I don’t make the rules. I just put ‘em in place.” — “I’m like a knight to a king… Thunderin’ around on horseback!” — “Get back to your country, commie fuckhead!”
  • Patrolling the City Block: “There’re sheep and then there’re wolves. And mama didn’t raise no sheep!” — “They’re lavender. I just know it. Lavender suit, lavender perfume, lavender clit…” — “Watch where you’re throwing, gargoyle!”
  • During Finale: “Matthew is passing my laws! Whether he likes it or not!” — “That’s treason right there!” — “For Fawkes’ sake! Your kind ain’t destroyin’ this beautiful country!”
  • After you’ve killed the Candidate: “You think YOU can run for office!? You must be more delusional than tweedle Dee and tweedle Dingleberry!”

Shuttle Hallucinations (MK-Challenges)

You see visions of Coyle getting a blowjob from a mannequin interrupted by the Kress twins emerging out of a cloud of poison to attack you. You also see a man swiping a keycard on a huge cut across his eye sockets, as well as Coyle throwing a corpse out of an apartment, and you see yourself across the shuttle being held down by mannequins before a big grunt with an axe swings down on you. The hallucinations end with a crowd of mannequins praising you before Arora’s hand bursts out of your sternum and reaches to grab your face.

MK: TARNISH THE IMAGE

“You are enlightenment, the courier who brings truth to the deceived and the ignorant. Deliver the policeman’s shame to the populous. Tarnish the image of their protector. And we will let you out.”

  1. Infiltrate the City Hall (North City Block): you spawn at the back of the City Hall and make your way inside to find a TV with static on its screen.
  2. Tune the Television Frequency: next to the TV is a Frequency Box. Upon tuning it, the screen declutters and displays Coyle getting head from a prisoner mannequin in the Prison Farm environment.
  3. Show Coyle’s Scandal to the People: throughout the City Hall and north and west city blocks are various camera mannequins, which are near Frequency Boxes that jam the signal and makes the TV staticky when near. Tune the Frequency Boxes to turn off their respective signal jammers and show the footage to the mannequins.
  4. Exit the Trial.

MK: FALSIFY THE LEGISLATION

“You are the stimulant when justice is unable to perform. Politicians put laws in place as to control the common people and to shorten our reach. Edit the legislator’s creed. Manifest due punishment for the half-crime and kill the political pawn. Only then, will we let you out.”

  1. Infiltrate the City Hall (Third and Fourth Floor): you spawn on of the second floor in City Hall and make your way to the third floor, where you find a victim bent over and trapped in a vice around his head and hands. Around the room are TVs displaying Otto on loop saying “I do not condone the butchery of the loyal. Sid Foster’s malefactions are not his own. To punish him, we would need to execute the people. It is henceforth illegal to kill Foster.
  2. Find a Purple Keycard to Edit the Recording: in the execution room, you are given 4 yellow keycards, which you must use to open various gates with yellow scanners in order to pick up, at most, 2 blue keycards. You then use the blue keycards on blue scanners to activate nearby TVs to show you a symbol. You’ll, of course, also use the blue keycard to open gates with a blue scanner, which lets you access areas filled with corpses dressed as police officers. Find the right bodies with the corresponding symbol(s) to retrieve one of 3 purple keycards and/or a red keycard. Purple keycards (Journalist) don’t work on any scanner other than purple ones. Once you’ve gotten a keycard from a corpse (yes, the red ones also work on purple scanners), go to 3 different radio booths and swipe it across their purple scanners.
  3. Execute the Political Pawn: once you’ve swiped all of the purple scanners and edited the recording to say “I - condone the butchery of the - pun - k. Sid Foster’s malefactions are - his own. To punish him, we - need to execute - him. It is henceforth - legal to kill Foster.” Press the red button to make two nearby police mannequins saw the Political Pawn’s head and hands off with a two-person hacksaw.
  4. Exit the Trial.

MK: CIRCUMVENT THE CURFEW

“Taboo is based on unfamiliarity, which itself is begotten by rareness. The enforcers confine your capabilities because you are weak and alone. Flush out the community. Dissolve yourself within herd immunity. And no law will be able to contain you.”

  1. Infiltrate the City Hall (Apartments): you spawn in a parking lot in pitch black night and make your way out to find a bunch of apartments near City Hall. You also find 4 yellow keycards.
  2. Drive the People out of their Homes: use the yellow keycards on yellow scanners at 3-6 flat buildings (depends on player numbers) to open the door and enter them. Inside of each flat is another yellow scanner and a button pad in the same room. Swipe the interior scanner to turn on the UV lights and reveal the 4 patterns of buttons throughout the flat building that must be copied into the button pad. Upon the button pad’s completion, all of the mannequins inside of that flat will roll out into the streets.
  3. Exit the Trial.

MK: FOSTER THE FEAR OF DEATH

“You are the peacekeeper. While others may turn their head, you peer into the eyes of a murderer and reveal its truth to the snivelling throng. Keep the peace. Keep the people afraid and compliant. And we will let you out.”

  1. Infiltrate the City Hall (North City Block+Apartments): you spawn in the same area as TtI, where you find a large, pushable platform on rails with a camera on it. Next to the camera is a murder scene of a bunch of dismembered corpses strung up as ‘MINOTAUR’ is scrawled across the wall in blood. There’s also a closed gate with a screen that displays the percentage scanned.
  2. Gather Footage of the Murder Scenes: looking through the camera lens, you scan over the whole scene until the gate’s screen gauge hits 100%. At which point, it’ll open and you can access the other 3 murder scenes. You’ll need to push the heavy camera platform and pull levers to divert rail tracks to move the camera from scene to scene.
  3. Bring the Footage to the News Building: once each scene has been scanned to 100%, push the camera platform into the daily news building, where the reporter mannequin will congratulate you. “Jesus Christ. This Buffalo Minotaur character is one hell of a scoop!”
  4. Exit the Trial.

MK: DISTURB THE CRIME SCENE

“A clean history provides the groundwork for supremacy. You cannot allow the populous to discover your sins. If they do, you will burn on the pyre of their justice. Cross-contaminate the evidence. Cover your tracks. Escape punishment. And let yourself go.”

  1. Infiltrate the City Hall (Third and Forth Floor): you spawn into the lobby, where you immediately find 2 Symbol Decoders and 2 yellow keycards. Up ahead in the auditorium, you find a huge pile of corpses with chalk outlines and yellow tape throughout. There are four screen panels displaying the murder weapon, the culprit’s appearance, the culprit’s fingerprints, and the culprit’s motive in cartoon symbols.
  2. Tamper with the Evidence: using the yellow keycard to enter into the backstage, you find a keypad with a bunny symbol next to a large pump connected into the wall with a knife inside of a glass box. Use the Symbol Decoder on a nearby bunny symbol on the wall to enter a code into the keypad. At which point, the glass box will fill with blood and sewage — making the screen panel at the crime scene turn into a question mark.
  3. Contaminate the Remaining Evidence: throughout the map are 3 rooms (radio booths A and B, and security office) locked behind a gate with a yellow scanner. Open each and find the corresponding symbol to input the code. You contaminate a severed head for appearance, a severed hand for fingerprints, and a suitcase with Murkoff’s logo on it for motive.
  4. Close the Case: once all of the screen panels are question marks, you hit the red button to make the police inspector conclude the investigation. “Well, I’m lost. Let’s just call it an accident.”
  5. Exit the Trial.

The Whistleblower is arguably one of the best DLCs I've played

I finished Outlast 1 yesterday and just now, just finished the Whistleblower DLC. It's an amazing experience. The sickness was brought to a whole new level.

Outlast 3

Regarding the post the other day I did see some comments where people were saying they hope 3 is the last and Murkoff gets what they deserve. While yes I agree with that I hope 3 is not the last game maybe it could be less about murkoff and go in different directions while still focusing on the horror aspect or even diving into more story lines from the comics or in game files. I think it’d be cool to have a game that takes place in Europe some where. A game where something is going on in the Vatican with some demonic tones I think would provide some exhilarating game play.

Does anyone know this code?

It’s at the beginning of liquidate the union. I never have seen anyone post about this or ask.

Maybe it’s absolutely nothing. But the fact that you can click numbers and there’s a door makes me think something is there.

When I start the trials - no one ever tries or acknowledges it which makes me think it’s nothing.

New Dual Environment: Mother Gooseberry and Liliya Bogomolova's The Warehouse

Hi, everyone! The time has finally come for the new Dual Environment to be released.

Dual Environments: Trial Environments dominated by two Prime Assets. So either one, the other, or both could appear in Trial. Both Prime Assets contain Prime Asset traps, and even Prime Time voicelines appear here. (Speaking of Prime Time. If there is a Prime Time variator for such an Environment, a 3rd Prime Asset will appear).

Previous Dual Environment:

New Dual Environment: The Warehouse

The Warehouse has two main sections:

  • Warehouse Storage:
    • It's a space that actually resembles a warehouse, filled with tall pallet racks, products, vehicles, and so on.
    • There will be plenty of references to Orphanage, Fun Park, and Toy Factory objects here.
  • Warehouse-Playhouse:
    • This place is less like a Warehouse.
    • It’s full of dangerous traps, glowing in shades of red, black, and dark pink.

Reasons for the connection:

  • Mother Gooseberry:
    • Actually, unlike Liliya, I don't have much to say about this, Gooseberry is a good choice simply because then there could be tons of Fun Park, Orphanage, and Toy Factory items in the Warehouse as little references.
    • Actually, I'd imagine Gooseberry to be that "supportive manipulator" (You'll figure it out when you read Enlighten the Blind).
  • Liliya Bogomolova:
    • Originally, it was going to be Gooseberry X Franco, but then I realized that Liliya has the Mannequins, which are, of course, objects. And the whole point of the Warehouse is to place objects in a large space. So I didn’t approach Liliya in a cult-like way, but rather the Mannequins as "storable objects".

Shuttle Hallucinations:

  1. Shuttle Hallucination:
    1. In a movable storage unit (like the one in Incinerate the Sex Toys), filled with lots of Liliya Mannequin pieces. Among the Mannequins pieces, a hand lifts up a Liliya head.
    2. Then, in the middle of the Shuttle, The Blind is just taking off from the ground when Gooseberry hits him with a forklift from the left.
    3. Liliya takes a severed head out of a large box in the middle of the Shuttle.
    4. Gooseberry hands The Blind an axe, and then the man looks at us, lunges at us, and beats us to a pulp with the axe.
    5. Gooseberry pulls an Explosive Trap out of a naked man's butt, and it explodes right in her hand.
    6. The Blind is naked, with words like "Hate", "Lie", "Nobody Loves Me", and other wonderful phrases written in blood on his body. The two Prime Assets are standing on either side: on the left, Liliya with her blade; on the right, Gooseberry with Futterman, slashing the The Blind’s body, who is letting them do it.
    7. Hallucination end
  2. Shuttle Hallucination:
    1. The Blind lies in the middle of the shuttle, his knees pressed against his chest, rocking back and forth naked and crying, while Liliya slowly approaches him and stabs him in the back with her blade.
    2. Then Gooseberry holds a body in three boxes in her hands, which she carries past the Shuttle.
    3. Then there is a motionless Liliya Mannequin in front of us, which suddenly falls apart.
    4. In the middle of the shuttle is a pile of boxes, from which a corpse is crawling out.
    5. In the middle of the Shuttle, Liliya and Gooseberry grab The Blind by the hands and moving in opposite directions, tear The Blind in two.
    6. Then The Blind is naked again; his arms start to swell up, and then they explode.
    7. Hallucination end

Trial: ENLIGHTEN THE BLIND

>"Do you have friends? How would you feel if they left you behind one day? It would hurt. The pain would be unbearable. The very people you would have entrusted your life to would leave you. Tell the Blind Man the truth. Tell him how a friend became an enemy, and we will let you out."
- Easterman

  • Go and visit the blind Reagent:
    • The Trial starts on the left side of the Warehouse Storage, a little ways away, where the parking lot is, full of colorful cars.
    • A new mechanic, the "Blood Meter," greets us right at the side entrance.

--Blood Meter--

  • These devices are red, rectangular in shape with rounded corners, have a hole at the bottom, and a counter in the center.
  • As you can imagine, these work exactly like the Blood Extractors' secondary. The only difference is that here, you don't permanently lose life bars, but only after a little while.
  • One Reagent can donate 5 units of blood.
  • If you put your hands inside these, after a while, different kinds of "effects" occur:
    1. -2 Life bar
    2. -2 Life bar and bleeding
    3. -2 Life bar and -1 life bar permanently
    4. That's the maximum. You can't donate blood to this Blood Meter more than once.

----

  • Go and visit the blind Reagent (Continuing):
    • It will be next to the entrance gate, where the Blood Meter display will read 0/50.
    • Besides Reagents, there’s another way to get blood: from “Blood Bags.” You can find these in the trunks of various colored cars. However, it doesn't matter which car you open. You can tell which one is the right one by checking which car contains a corpse. If you open a car that doesn't contain a corpse, it will explode and you'll lose 2 life bars.
    • A Blood Bag grants 10 health points.
    • If the Blood Meter is at 50/50, the Gate opens and we can go further inside. We pass by a lot of pallet racks and enter the Security Room, where we’re treated to a fairly long cutscene.
  • Intro:
    • There will be a window in front of us. Behind the window, with his back to us, sits a Reagent man who has been tied up. A little further away, in front of the man, will be our Victim, “The Blind”*, and behind the Victim will be Mother Gooseberry is drilling into the head of a dead woman lying on a table; Liliya stands motionless beside her, holding an axe.
    • *The Blind: Imagine him as a typical Reagent. A man wearing a green T-shirt and gray pants, barefoot, with a heavy-duty structure on his chest and back instead of the E.S.O.P. He’s wearing a black mask over his head, with a pair of heavy-duty VR goggles attached to his eyes.
    • When we press the button, The Blind wakes up and tries to get out in a very hysterical way.
    • The Blind: AHH! NO! NO! PLEASE! DON'T KILL ME! PLEASE, GIRLS! I DON'T WANT TO DIE!
    • Gooseberry: Hey, hey, hey! Calm down! Who would want to kill you? - Goose asks, and, stopping what she's doing, she walks over to Victim.
    • The Blind: Well... Y... You! You... You killed my friends!
    • Gooseberry: Kill them? But I didn't kill your friends. They ran away!
    • The Blind: What?
    • Gooseberry: Yeah... They ran away. They left you behind!
    • The Blind: But... But... They're... my friends! Why... Why would they do something like that? I trusted them!
    • Gooseberry: Well... Yeah... Your friends left you behind. They thought that, as far as they were concerned... There's no sugarcoating it - you were useless to them.
    • The Blind: But... But they're my friends!
    • The Blind starts sobbing, so Mother puts her arm around the Victim for a moment, then looks at us.
    • Gooseberry: Ohh! Look! - Says Goose, turning on the Victim's VR headset. Then she straightens up and speaks. - See? There are your "friends" who left you behind. That's them! I think it wouldn't hurt to get a little revenge on them!
    • At that moment, Liliya also gets up and walks over to The Blind. At that moment, The Blind's handcuffs came undone, and he took the axe from Liliya.
    • Tied-up Reagent: Wait! Wait! This can't be true! She killed everyone except me! Please, Michael! TRUST ME!
    • Reagent tries to break free, but The Blind walks over and beats him to a pulp with the axe, letting out angry, frenzied cries, until he finally finishes him off with a final strike to the head. Afterward, he calms down without taking a breath.
    • The Blind: F*CK YOU! F*CK! F*CK! F*CK! YOU!
    • Gooseberry: Oh my God! You did such a wonderful job! But... we're not done yet! - she said, pointing at us.
    • Liliya: Come on! Let's go hunting!
    • The Blind: YEAH! Since you guys let me down, I'M GOING TO F*CK EVERYONE UP! Let's go, girls!
    • Victim said, and all three of them went out through the left door.
  • Try to get into the Warehouse-Playhouse section:
    • We'll exit through the other door of the Security Room, where there will be plenty of pallet racks—these will serve as our new mechanic: "Way-Building."

--Way-Building--

  • You might recognize this from a lot of games. The one that suddenly comes to mind for me is the "wonderful" Fnaf: Secret of the Mimic.
  • There will be tall counters accessible by stairs, each of which can hold only one Reagent. When you go up, you'll find a control panel that lets you use a large crane to move the Pallet Racks up and down and from side to side.
  • The task is to arrange them so that you create a path that can be walked through.
  • With multiple players, obviously one of them builds it, and the others cross over it. If you're playing Solo, you obviously set it up first, and then cross over it.

----

  • Try to get into the Warehouse-Playhouse section (Continuing):
    • This will be the task I described above. One Reagent goes up, sets it up, and the rest go through. The great thing is that there’s a One-Way Blocked Door at the tall counters, so once your teammates have gone through, they can let you through.
    • Now that all of you have made it through, you have successfully moved from Warehouse Storage to Warehouse-Playhouse.
  • Cutscene 01 (very short):
    • On one side of a long hallway, where there are bars, The Blind suddenly appears (which could be considered a jumpscare) and starts pounding on the bars frantically.
    • The Blind: SO HERE YOU ARE! NOT EVEN GOD CAN STOP ME FROM TAKING REVENGE FOR MYSELF! YOU DISRESPECTFUL PIECES OF SH*T!
    • The Victim says these beautiful words just as Gooseberry and Liliya appears behind him and walks past him.
    • Gooseberry: Don't wear yourself out! You won't have the strength to kill!
    • The Blind: Yeah! You're right, my friend! Let's get out of here!
    • He says it, and they three take off.
  • Open the Arena Gate:
    • After the hallway, we enter a slightly larger room where we’ll find a gate ahead of us that can be opened with four severed hands.
    • The following mechanism, “Limited Poison”, can be found on the left and right sides of the room.

--Limited Poison Areas--

  • These areas are separated by two Shuttle doors, but these have more angular sides. If you go through one, you'll get stung. You've been poisoned.
  • Just like in Warmth, a green circle and a skull icon appear on the side of the screen, which slowly fades away. You can always bring it back by searching the map for "Antidote Pins"*.
  • *Antidote Pins:
    • These look just like Adrenalines, except that they're brown and have a thicker needle.
    • Once you use one up, it resets to the maximum.
    • The best part is that you can use one of these twice, so you can give one to your partner, too.
  • You can exit these areas through yellow Exit Shuttle doors. If you go through one of these, you’ll be stung one more time and then receive a permanent antidote.
  • However, the process starts over if you go through a square Shuttle door again.

----

  • Open the Arena Gate (Continuing):
    • You need to find the correct 2-2 severed hands at the two locations. You can tell which one is the right hand because there’s a watch on the severed hand. You can’t open it with the one that doesn’t have a watch.
    • A little further from the entrance, you'll find a One-Way Blocked Door that opens into a small room whose sole purpose is to lead you to the yellow Exit Shuttle doors.
    • Once you've collected the four severed hands and placed them in the arena door, it will open.
    • As we go further in, a fairly large, dark arena awaits us. In the center of the arena, we’ll find two fuses. Once we pick them up, the final cutscene will play.
    • A trapdoor opens in the center of the arena. The two fuse holders lower, and a few seconds later, the trapdoor brings up The Blind, looking a little different now.
    • The Blind is attached to a chair tilted at a 45° angle. There are a few cables plugged into his head, but most importantly, his muscles are bulging. There are cables in his shoulders, too, but his arms are very muscular.
    • Liliya (radio): IT'S ALIVE! IT'S ALIVE! LET'S GO! TAKE REVENGE!
    • At that point, the handcuffs are released from the Victim, and the fun can begin.
  • Beat your friend:
    • This would be a very unique Trial, since the Victim here would actually pose a threat. After all, it can move and deal heavy damage. So it would be like a mini-boss fight.
    • There is only one way to defeat the Victim: with the "Focus Beam Device".

--Focus Beam Device--

  • There are four large blue structures in the Arena, one in each corner. To activate them, place the Fuse on the side of the structure and pull the handle next to the Fuse (like the ones on the Generators) to wind it up.
  • The gameplay reminds me most of what's in Telltale's Jurassic Park: The Game.
  • When you take off, there will be a targeting reticle that you'll need to use to aim at the Victim, and you'll need to keep the mouse within the moving circle until the meter fills up.
  • Once we have that, we'll immediately hit the Victim, but the Device will explode. However, we can remove the Fuse, since it won't break until the second time.

----

  • Beat your friend (Continuing):
    • So our task will be to shoot at the Victim using the 4 Device.
    • Important points:
      • The Victim doesn't always move. Sometimes it stops and goes wild.
      • There is a certain range within which it can move, so it cannot completely disappear from view.
    • The Blind's voicelines:
      • "DIE! DIE! DIIIIIIIEEEEEE!"
      • "WHY DID YOU LEAVE ME BEHIND?! WHY?! I WANT ANSWERS!?"
      • "EASTERMAN LIED! IT WAS NEVER TRUE THAT "IT'S BETTER TOGETHER"!"
      • "WHY DOES EVERYONE HATE ME?! WHAT DID I DO WRONG?!"
    • When you shoot Victims with a Focus Beam Device, the following will happen:
      1. Shot: His right leg is partially blown off. By that, I mean it isn't completely destroyed, but there is significant loss of flesh and blood.
      2. Shot: His left leg is partially blown off. Just like the right one.
      3. Shot: His two hand, or, more precisely, his shoulders, will explode, and completely so. We'll blow both his hands right off their sockets.
      4. Final Shot: On the last one, his head explodes, so violently, in fact, that his chest splits open slightly as well. Then he slowly sinks to his knees and dies.
  • Exit the Trial

And this is Gooseberry and Liliya's Warehouse. What do you think? In the next “episode”, there won't be a new Environment; instead, I'll be giving the Big Cinema and the Warehouse three Mk-Challenges each. Thank you for reading!

Shopping Mall MK idea: EXTERMINATE THE HEIRS

“The children of wealth are parasites, maggots that have burrowed beneath the flesh of economy to feed on its necrotic blood. If those inbred monsters are to flourish into inheritance, then our capital will be subject to their whims. Abduct the heirs. Grind them to mulch. And we will let you out.”

  1. Infiltrate the Shopping Mall: you spawn in the same area as KtP and make your way to the main lobby, where you find a wood chipper in front of the waterfall with two 2 shuttle gates adjacent to each side of it.
  2. Find and Grind the Heirs: reagents are split off through the 2 shuttle gates:-
    • Girl Heir: Going through the right side leads to a pair of Symbol Decoders, which you use to open several gates with TVs displaying which symbol you need to find and get the code from. Eventually, you find a shop upstairs with a child mannequin with two heads and a purple dress next to a red button. Press that red button to unlock the girl mannequin and bring it back to the waterfall, through a conveyer belt, and chuck it into the wood chipper. If the boy mannequin is unlocked first, then all of the gates will require two codes to open each as oppose to just one.
    • Boy Heir: Going through the left side leads to a pair of Portable Black Lights, which you use to shine UV lights on barrelled corpses to find the right key to open several gates with TVs displaying which symbol you need to find. Once you reach the security room, you’ll find a child mannequin with lobster claws and purple clothes next to a red button. Press the red button to unlock the boy mannequin and bring it back to the waterfall, through a conveyor belt, and chuck it into the wood chipper. If you have unlocked the girl mannequin first, then the gates will require two keys to open each instead of just one.
  3. Exit the Trial.
