here are my questions

1. im confused to whether apply for ECE or mechatronics,
   i heard that utm has a very good robocon team, which one is better in general
2. is my stats good enough to have a guarantee admission (planning to apply to UTM as a backup uni in case the rest of my HK and SG applications went south)

Im Indonesian and my stats are 1450 sat, 8.0 IELTS, 90/100 gpa (98 math, 96 physics), bunch of robotics competition, physics olympiad, clubs (1 yr physics and math, 3 yrs mechatronics)
