Screen time help

We have a nanny for our 5 month old who comes to our house 5 days/week and 8 hours a day while my husband and I work. We are both remote so are home usually all day. I’ve noticed that the nanny will put on the tv to kids shows during the day, or sometimes will have YouTube playing on the tv while she’s watching the baby. I’m not thrilled about her even having it on in the background because my baby will sometimes just stare at it unless she’s totally preoccupied with something else. Should I say something or am I overreacting?

5 month old split nights?

LO will be 5 months this week. For the past 3 nights she’s been wide awake at 3am and doesn’t fall back to sleep until 4:30/4:45am. Previously was sleeping 7pm-6am no problem, with no night feed.

Last night I went in and fed her because she was fussing for 45+ mins and I felt awful. But I don’t want to go backwards and get her used to night feeds again.

Current schedule is 2/2/2/2/2.25 but also last couple days she’s been refusing her last nap and her last wake window is very long. She will only nap for 25-40 mins usually, especially at daycare.

Should I drop to 3 naps? I’m struggling trying to figure out if she’s overtired or undertired.
