I’m planning to buy this card soon and I’d like to know if it’s reliable and if there aren’t too many known issues with it ?

I currently have an RX 7800 XT but it's broken and I'm hesitating a lot between an RX 9070 XT or an RTX 5070 but I don't know which one to choose and why. Can someone help me?
