HAVING DIFFICULTY DRAWING MEDICATION INTO NEEDLE/SYRINGE
I’m having one heck of a time using the syringe (w/ small needle) to “draw up” the compounded medicine from the vial.
There is about a mL of medication (liquid) left in the vial (I now have 3 vials). I never seem to be able to draw enough liquid into the syringe. I saw a YouTube video where the administrator uses a longer needle and then switches it to the shorter one for injection. Can someone tell me what size needles I should get for doing this? I hate to waste even a drop of this stuff! Please help!
Reaction to ESTRADIOL PATCH
I’ve been on HRT x menopause for over a year. I use estradiol patches, but they leave me with welts, marks and I itch at the site incessantly. Is this common? Normal?
Just started glp-1 (0.25 ml) injection. How long before I don’t feel so hungry all the time?
My food noise is real and constant!
Do I need separate needles for drawing the medication?
Another question…
There is such a small amount in the vile I was sent. How do I get the medicine into the syringe? Do I need to have longer needles? Do I need separate needles for drawing the medication and then a shorter one for injection?
NEED ADVICE FOR INJECTION
I’m starting ozempic and am very nervous about the needle, etc…
