Azelic acid causing painful pimples
Ive been using azelic acid 10% for a month now my dermat told me to use it for 2hrs everyday and wash off and ive been doing that but i noticed ive been getting painful pimples which hurt when i accidentally touch near it. This happened about 4 pimples and it even leaves pigmentation which is stubborn. Should i stop using it? Is this irritation? I rarely ever get pimples i got prescribed for texture please help i dont use any other active
