Pensioen sparen nodig?

Hallo iedereen,

En vroeg me iets af.
Mijn eigen gespaarde geld zit in risicovolle bedrijven.

18 year old 2900 a month. (electricien)

Hello all,
Today I want to ask some advice.
I'm a 18 year old with high school diploma in electricity TSO.
Right now I work at a small electric company of around 4 full-time workers. (As a student)
My boss asked me what i want to do next year. My base case was just go study at a hogeschool bachelor of graduaat.
Now i'm in a confused state and don't know what to do. because my boss showed me what a full-time contract would look like.
Base salary at 38 hours a week = 2200
But 50 hours a week (what i do at the moment) would be around 2900 per month including overtime.

I've talked about this with my parents and had a good conversation i expected them to be more angry of me even thinking about going to work full-time as an 18 year old since my dad always encouraged us to go study since he didn't himself and regrets it.

I told them a few arguments such as:
-which 18 year olds with just a highschool diploma get offered such a nice offer.
-experience beats education in this sector (electricity) in my opinion. Because I have all the opportunities such as learning; KNX, Velbus (all programming languages in electricity automation, in residential purposes or industrial) . And in my opinion if i worked with KNX for example for 1 week at work i'd learn equally as much as a whole trimester at school.

My parents told me that the long term vision of a bachelor or master student is much brighter and you will surpass the wage i'd earn now.
But i'm a ignorant snotaap and i think differently. Because i'm very fascinated by the whole finance world. I right now invest almost 90% of everything i earn. And these are already compounding. so if I could save for another 6 good years i'd have money to maybe start on my own. or buy a property altough i don't want to put all my money into bricks.

What i'm saying is with right financial discissions i can create such a wide gat in only 3 years.

In my opinion my parents always think of the worst outcomes and i get that. 'What if you lose your fingers and can't do the job you do now?' 'What if you find a great girlfriend and don't want to spend 10+ hours at work everyday'. I'm sorry but i'm not like that. Because tell me, how many times have you overthought something only for it to never happen.

I'd like some different opinions on this all help, tips or advice is very appreciated.
Thanks for reading my story. :)

Finding a good mentor.

Hey everyone,
I've been trying to get into daytrading because it spikes my interest aswell of it's high scaleable
source of income. Now.. i've been in a dilemma to find a good person to learn from. I've tried Tjr But i don't know. there's been alot of controversy about him. I've also watched Ross Cameron but his trading strategy is way to advanced for a beginner.

I'm looking for someone who used prop firms in the beginning as i'm looking to do the same. This isn't obliged but it would be nice.
I'm just not looking for a guru trying to sell me shit.
Please do let me know about your experience with the mentor.
Thanks 😃

(This was banned on r/daytrading idk why, so i posted this here, hope you can help!)
