For the past few days, I've had non-stop speed issues where the Internet slows to a crawl (Speed test shows about 40mbps down, 3 up). This also happened last month but cleared-up after a week. I have removed my own router from the equation to eliminate a potential issue.

Can someone please check my line and modem to see if there are any issues?

The online Xfinity assistant is useless. Even when I had no connection and was on 5g, the assistant said the signal to my modem was good.
