Siblings in law won’t get jobs

I married into a Lebanese-American family last year. Great people, truly love them.

They have a successful family biz that my husband has taken over (regularly works 60+ hour weeks). My husband is youngest of four. The oldest two (39, 36) have had some hang-ups in life (divorce, etc), but remain financially dependent on their parents. Siblings in law don’t contribute at all. They make lots of excuses for not getting jobs but it really stresses me out - they’re relying on their parents retirement accounts, don’t make fiscally responsible decisions, etc. I worry that they’re not financially independent and will need help later in life. What can I say without overstepping?

Getting ready for healthcare open enrollment next week and would like to know what advice people have for first time parents.

Due date is in August, telling my team in the next 2 weeks. Any advice welcome - anything from healthcare elections to make, how to handle team convos, etc. I’m an M in advisory, got promoted last cycle.
