The weirdest thing just happened and I have no idea who to contact ?

First off before I even explain, my mentor is currently out of office, so that’s why I’m mainly very lost right now and have no idea who to contact regarding this. And this is a time sensitive problem.

Anyways, I registered and started C960 discrete math 2 a few days ago, and I was LITERALLY actively studying the material not even 30 mins ago. I was on and off the WGU site just to get materials and do stuff one at a time, I literally tried to logging in like 5 mins ago now and my course has disappeared ??????

It shows that all my active courses (c960) have been completed when clearly that’s not right. I went to my degree plan thinking maybe I somehow got unregistered but the course is literally nowhere to be found. It’s not in the completed courses section either. It just fucking disappeared. I also attached a recent screenshot I happened to take (laugh at me but I wanted to ask AI if I can complete them quickly etc etc) and it clearly shows I started C960 OCT 3rd.

Is this a common issue ? Who tf do I even contact about this ? Worst part is I’m genuinly in a rush to finish my courses, would it just be easier to contact tier 1 to activate my next course while the other help tried to reactive my c960 course ??? What the hell. Please help

I want to learn an instrument but not sure which one

I love all kinds of music genres but mostly rock so I was considering guitar but I also love the piano as well so I can’t pick. Violin was also an option at times but I want to ask which one would be the easiest for me to learn ? As someone who can’t even read a music sheet let alone actually play the thing. Also something a little budget friendly?

Delivery keeps getting taken back, what do I even do at this point ?

I swear to god, every time I have an issue with a delivery it IS EVERY SINGLE TIME, EVERY TIME, ITS UPS. I never had any issues with any of the other delivery services so WHY THE FUCK is it that there’s always some bs with UPS ?????? I’ve been expecting a delivery since Wednesday. First time ?? “Sorry we missed you”… okay…. Except here’s the thing, I don’t have a signature requirement and I SPECIFICALLY have it in my delivery instructions that I want them to leave it in the MAIL ROOM because the door is locked and the intercom doesn’t work. You’d think they’d be fcking smart enough to follow these very easy instructions, but noooooo they for whatever reason INSIST on buzzing the door using an intercom THATS LITERALLY FALLING OFF THE WALL WITH CABLES SHOWING. ON WHAT PLANET DO YOU THINK THAT WILL WORK?

First time okay whatever, I guess it happens, a bit annoyed but okay. I wait for them try to deliver it the next day. “Sorry we missed you”… at this point I’m actively trying to stop myself from pulling my hair out. And I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they couldn’t make it to my stop and their shift ended or idk how this stuff works. Whatever. I wait for the next day, which is today. Day NUMBER THREE. So I stuck a massive piece of paper yesterday literally on the door where’s it’s only possible to miss if you’re actively trying to look away from it or if you’re legally blind. They “attempted” it again a few mins ago and lo and behold, I see the magical “sorry we missed you” message. BROTHER WHAT DO YOU MEEAAAAAAAAAANNNN YOU MISSED ME ? DID YOU EVEN TRY ????? This is a time sensitive delivery otherwise I wouldn’t be losing my shit as much as i am right now. Im so annoyed and tired of this happening. This same exact scenario happened to me last year with another delivery. They ended up “sorry we missed you”-ing my ass so much they ended up losing the package altogether.

Genuinely, what do I even do at this point ? I’ve honestly considered just sitting on the staircase the whole day waiting for them and snatching the thing from them the moment they get here but I have a life and I work so I can’t. As I said I’ve already stuck a piece of paper telling them that the intercom DOES NOT WORK IN BIG FAT LETTERS, and that I’m permitting them to just throw that shit on the mail room floor and be on their way. What more do I need to do for them to just stop complicating this more than it needs to be and just give me my delivery ? They said they’ll try again tomorrow but I ABSOLUTELY NEED this before Saturday so this is literally the last chance otherwise it’s useless

Schedule changes that I never really “agreed” to

Originally my hours were supposed to be 7:30 to 3:30… a week into the job my MB asked me to come in at 7 instead so she can get to work earlier since she was cutting it a little too close. I’m like okay that’s fine, it’s just 30 mins …I do hate waking up earlier but whatever. After that everything was fine, i worked 7:30 to 3:30 normally then maybe 2-3 months into the job there have been days where it’s either MB or DB but they get home at 4:30…. Okay that’s fine too. It’s not like I’m not getting paid, it was on and off but I would leave at 3:30 more times than 4:30 so I didn’t mind as much…but now…. For the last month they’ve been consistently coming back home at 4:30….normally I think most people would be happy, it’s extra pay right? Except that I hate it. I’m already burnt out as is and I never agreed to this originally. Even one hour longer just gets me so much more tired, that’s 5 more hours a week than I agreed to. It’s not like I can tell them to stop coming at 4:30 and it’s not like I can quit now cuz this time around it’s hard to find a full time position and everyone is looking for a summer nanny. I’m just so annoyed and tired tbh.
