Im a grad, working in a reinsurance broker co. in India
My role (back office) is to execute the businesses placed by the brokers in London(front office). It is a entry level job.
I am intrigued by the insurance market potential in india and want to be at the leading edge of it. I don’t want to be working at back office.
I’m keen to move closer to the strategic and growth side or front end of the industry.

Question:
1.What certifications or degrees would help?
2.Isn’t there a globally recognised course/cert for insurance like CFA in finance which is a gold standard?
3. I have heard abt CII or Dip CII, is it really worth it in India?
4. What would be high paying skills in the domain in india?
5. Is this industry even worth exploring in the near future in india or most of the business would always be in Uk?
6. AI impact?

Would want to know from the indian folks abt their opinion and routes

Any other advice or suggestions would be helpful.
