What GPU should I get? (Read Body Text)

I’m currently planning a new gaming PC build and I’m trying to decide which GPU would make the most sense for my budget and use case.

GPUs I’m considering:

NVIDIA:
- RTX 5070 Ti

AMD:
- RX 7900 XTX
- RX 9070 XT Sapphire NITRO+

Other components I’m planning to buy:
- Ryzen 7 7800X3D
- 32GB DDR5 6000MHz CL30
- 4TB NVMe SSD
- ASUS PRIME B850-Plus
- MSI MAG CoreLiquid A13 360

GPU budget:
- Maximum ~800€ (~940 USD)

Main usage:
- 1440p / 4K gaming
- Targeting around 60-120 FPS depending on the game

A few notes:

  1. Personally, I feel like both the RTX 5070 Ti and RX 7900 XTX are a bit overpriced for what they offer right now, even within my budget.
  2. If any of the other components seem like a bad choice or badly balanced, feel free to point it out.

I’d appreciate opinions especially from people who’ve actually used these GPUs long-term instead of just benchmark comparisons.
