How much Lumina points is "Fair enough"?

I know the game becomes a joke once you stack enough of them, and I don't want to reach that point, so I am kind of thinking on imposing a self restriction.

I was thinking on limiting it to 200 or 250 max, and then run with it for new game plus on expert, is that too little? I just want JUST enough to do a minimalist build.

I am going to move to Germany sometime soon, and I am used to torrenting stuff all the time without VPN. I only used Cloudflare Warp 1.1.1.1 as a light bypass for censorship and that's all.

I am not sure if it's enough or not, I have no reference point since I am still ignorant about this stuff.

is it enough? and if not, could you recommend me a free or at least cheap VPN to use?
