Does anyone else's brain feel like its shaking?

Sometimes when Im about to sleep i get this feeling of something being tightened around my head i get an intense like shakey feeling and then i have sleep paralysis and bad dreams immediately after. Sometimes im able to break out of it and other times im not. I googled and was told it was not a problem but i’ve noticed that i hav small memory problems. like the ones where youre literally about ti do something and then you forget the next second. Accompanied by this is reoccurring dreams. Im writing this as I just woke up from a dream i specifically remember. This happed like days back to back when i was a junior in high school but not Im a sophomore in college. does anyone have an explanation for what im going through it would make me feel a lot safer when i sleep.

Today someone messaged me about an art project they were working on because they wanted to use a photo of me for a mural (as you can see in the photos). They seem very generous but I just couldn’t help but feel like something was wrong after they mentioned how they would pay me for the project.

There were a few things that rubbed me the wrong way:

  1. The constant liking of my messages
  2. I initially thought they messaged because they had a photo in mind after viewing my page because they followed me before texting.
  3. The art they sent had no watermark so maybe it could have been AI.
  4. They said “Perfect, My client intends to make payments as soon as possible. So the piece can be done before next week and i can also send you a copy of it when it’s done.” which seems innocent enough but I don‘t know how the art commission world works.

If it‘s not please let me know i would love to be apart of someones art project.
