Where are the “full service” Spectrum stores in Austin? I need to exchange my router but I’m having a hard time finding which stores can do that.

I'm looking to buy a broomhandle Mauser. I read online that the original broomhandles are exempt from the short barrelled category. I cannot find anything about the classification of Chinese Mausers made in the 1980s. I'd like to know before I buy.
